🌿السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته 🌿

🤍 “Before the Day of ‘Arafah arrives… nourish your heart.” 🤍

On the Day of Tarwiyah, the pilgrims would prepare themselves with water, because the journey to ‘Arafah was long, the sun was intense, and the road required preparation.
As for you… there is another journey that is no less in need of provisions;
the journey of a heart awaiting the greatest hours in which supplications are answered.

Today, your heart needs to be refreshed…
but not with water. Rather, with:

Certainty that reassures you,
Good expectations of Allah that elevate you,
And sincere supplication that opens for you the gates of Heaven.

Today is not a day for passing supplications…
Rather, it is a day to arrange your longings before Allah.

Sit with yourself for a little while and ask your heart:
What do I truly want from Allah?
What wish have I hidden for so long?
What supplication has been exhausted by waiting, yet still remains alive within my heart?

Write your supplications as though you are knocking on a door that you know with certainty will open.
For your Lord is never far away…
He never tires of your asking…
And nothing in the heavens or the earth is beyond His power.

Purify your heart from despair before you raise your hands in prayer.
For Allah is Most Generous…
And from His generosity is that He hears the supplication before the words are fully spoken,
And He knows the need before the tears even fall.

Tomorrow is the Day of ‘Arafah…
The day of liberation, mercy, and beautiful humility before Allah.

So prepare your heart from tonight,
And make between you and Allah a list of wishes that no one else knows.

✨ Today’s Mission:
Prepare a “Day of ‘Arafah Supplication Page” and divide it into:

Supplications for yourself
Supplications for your family and children
Supplications for the Muslims

And write at the top of the page:

“اللهم إني أحسنت الظن بك… فلا تخيّب رجائي.”
“O Allah, I have placed my trust and good expectations in You… so do not disappoint my hope.”

يارب استجب دعواتنا ولا تخيب رجاءنا يارب
“O Lord, answer our prayers and do not let our hopes be disappointed, O Lord.”

اليوم الثامن من عشر ذي الحجة (يوم التروية).. أنت على قمة الجبل

The Eighth Day of Dhul-Hijjah (The Day of Tarwiyah)… You Are at the Peak of the Mountain

اليوم الثامن.. يوم التروية.
غدا هو الأعظم.. يوم عرفة.
وبعده العيد.هذا هو اليوم الذي يسبق القمة.
الرياضي المحترف لا يضعف قبل المباراة النهائية، بل يخزن طاقته.
وأنت.. ماذا فعلت لتكون مستعداً ليوم الغفران؟

The eighth day… the Day of Tarwiyah.
Tomorrow is the greatest day… the Day of ‘Arafah.
And after it comes Eid.
This is the day before the summit.
A professional athlete does not weaken before the final match; rather, he stores his energy.
And you… what have you done to prepare yourself for the Day of Forgiveness?

وقفة اليوم (التربية الروحية الحقيقية):
هل تعلم لماذا سمي يوم التروية؟
قيل: لأن الناس كانوا يتروون فيه بالماء استعدادا لعرفة.
قيل: لأن إبراهيم عليه السلام رأى رؤياه في هذا اليوم، فتروى في أمره.
لكن المعنى العميق اليوم:
هو يوم الاستعداد النفسي والروحي.
أنت تروي قلبك بالإيمان.
تروي روحك بالعبادة.
تروي عقلك بالتفكر.

Today’s Reflection (True Spiritual Nurturing):
Do you know why it is called the Day of Tarwiyah?
It was said: because people used to gather and prepare water on this day for the journey to ‘Arafah.
It was also said: because Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) saw his vision on this day and reflected deeply upon it.
But the deeper meaning today is this:
It is the day of psychological and spiritual preparation.
You nourish your heart with faith.
You nourish your soul with worship.
You nourish your mind with reflection.

لا تذهب إلى عرفة بقلب يابس.
روّ قلبك اليوم بالاستغفار.
روِّ روحك بالصلاة.
روِّ لسانك بالذكر.

Do not go to ‘Arafah with a dry heart.
Refresh your heart today with seeking forgiveness.
Refresh your soul with prayer.
Refresh your tongue with remembrance of Allah.

وجدانيا (رسالة إلى القلب):
أتذكر عندما كنت تستعد لشيء عظيم في حياتك؟
يوم زواجك.. يوم ولادة ابنك.. يوم نجاحك الكبير.
كيف كنت تشعر؟
كيف كنت تتهيأ؟
كيف كانت ليلتك قبل ذلك اليوم؟
أليست هذه الأيام أعظم من كل ذلك؟

Emotionally (A Message to the Heart):
Do you remember when you were preparing for something great in your life?
Your wedding day… the birth of your child… your greatest success.
How did you feel?
How did you prepare yourself?
How was your night before that day?
Are not these blessed days greater than all of that?

يوم عرفة هو يوم مغفرة الذنوب.
يوم عتق الرقاب من النار.
يوم تُستجاب فيه الدعوات.
فكيف ستستعد له؟
هل ستقضي ليلتك في نوم وغفلة؟
أم ستقضيها بخشوع وابتهال؟

The Day of ‘Arafah is the day when sins are forgiven.
The day when souls are freed from the Fire.
The day when supplications are answered.
So how will you prepare for it?
Will you spend your night in sleep and heedlessness?
Or will you spend it in humility and heartfelt prayer?

عمليا (خطوات اليوم الثامن - يوم التروية):

1. صم اليوم الثامن:
من صام التسع فله أجر عظيم، واليوم الثامن منها.

Practically (Steps for the Eighth Day – The Day of Tarwiyah):

1. Fast on the eighth day:
Whoever fasts the first nine days receives a great reward, and the eighth day is among them.
2. جهز قائمة دعائك ليوم عرفة:
خذ ورقة وقلما الآن.
اكتب:
· دعاء لنفسك (المغفرة، الهداية، الرزق، الصحة، الذرية الصالحة).
· دعاء لوالديك (أحياءً وأمواتا).
· دعاء لأهلك وأولادك.
· دعاء للمسلمين في كل مكان (فلسطين، السودان، اليمن، كل مستضعف).
· دعاء بالعفو والعافية في الدنيا والآخرة.
· دعاء بالثبات على الدين حتى الممات.
3. Prepare your supplication list for the Day of ‘Arafah:
Take a paper and pen now.
Write:
· Supplications for yourself (forgiveness, guidance, provision, health, righteous children).
· Supplications for your parents (living and deceased).
· Supplications for your family and children.
· Supplications for Muslims everywhere (Palestine, Sudan, Yemen, and every oppressed person).
· Supplications for pardon and well-being in this life and the Hereafter.
· Supplications for steadfastness upon faith until death.
4. التكبير المطلق:
قال الله: “وَلِتُكَبِّرُوا اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا هَدَاكُمْ”
أكثر من التكبير اليوم:
“الله أكبر، الله أكبر، لا إله إلا الله، والله أكبر، الله أكبر ولله الحمد.”
5. Increase in Takbir:
Allah said:
“And glorify Allah for having guided you.”
Repeat frequently today:
“Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illa Allah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar wa lillahil-hamd.”
(Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, there is no god but Allah, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, and all praise belongs to Allah.)
6. الاستعداد الليلي:
ليلة التاسع (ليلة عرفة) من أفضل الليالي.
خطط لإحيائها ولو ساعة.
صل ركعتين في جوف الليل، وابك بين يدي الله.
7. Prepare spiritually at night:
The night before the ninth day (the night of ‘Arafah) is among the best nights.
Plan to spend part of it in worship, even if only for an hour.
Pray two units of prayer in the depth of the night, and weep before Allah.
8. اعزم عزما:
عزم في قلبك أن تخرج من عرفة وقد غفر الله لك.
قال النبي ﷺ: “ما من يوم أكثر من أن يعتق الله فيه عبداً من النار من يوم عرفة”
فكن أنت ذلك العبد.
9. Make a firm intention:
Resolve in your heart to leave the Day of ‘Arafah with Allah having forgiven you.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“There is no day on which Allah frees more people from the Fire than the Day of ‘Arafah.”
So be among those servants.

دعاء اليوم:
اللهم إني أسألك إيماناً لا يرتد، ونعيما لا ينفد، وقرة عين لا تنقطع.
اللهم إني أسألك الرضا بعد القضاء، وبرد العيش بعد الموت، ولذة النظر إلى وجهك، والشوق إلى لقائك.
اللهم إني أسألك العفو والعافية والمعافاة الدائمة في الدين والدنيا والآخرة.
اللهم بلغني يوم عرفة ولا تحرمني خيره، واجعلني من عتقائك من النار.

Today’s Supplication:
“O Allah, I ask You for faith that never fades, blessings that never end, and comfort that never ceases.
O Allah, I ask You for contentment after decree, peace in life after death, the delight of gazing upon Your Face, and longing to meet You.
O Allah, I ask You for pardon, well-being, and lasting protection in religion, worldly life, and the Hereafter.
O Allah, allow me to reach the Day of ‘Arafah, do not deprive me of its goodness, and make me among those freed from the Fire.”

خاتمة تحفيزية:
أنت الآن على مشارف يوم عظيم.
تأمل هذه الحقيقة:
رب العالمين ينزل إلى سماء الدنيا ليلة عرفة، ويقول: “من يدعوني فأستجيب له؟ من يسألني فأعطيه؟ من يستغفرني فأغفر له؟”
هل تتصور؟
الرب الجبار، مالك الملك، ينزل ويطلب منك أن تدعوه.
وأنت نائم؟
وأنت في غفلة؟
لا تجعل هذا اليوم يمر دون أن تكون من الذاكرين الله كثيرا.

Motivational Conclusion:
You are now standing at the edge of a tremendous day.
Reflect upon this reality:
The Lord of the worlds descends to the lowest heaven on the night of ‘Arafah and says:
“Who is calling upon Me so I may answer him? Who is asking Me so I may give him? Who is seeking My forgiveness so I may forgive him?”
Can you imagine?
The Almighty Lord, the King of all kings, descends and asks you to call upon Him.
And you are asleep?
And lost in heedlessness?
Do not let this day pass without being among those who remember Allah abundantly.

غدا يوم الغفران.
فلا تفوته.
أعد العدة اليوم.
روِّ قلبك.
روِّ روحك.
ثم انطلق إلى الله بقلب منكسر.

Tomorrow is the Day of Forgiveness.
So do not miss it.
Prepare yourself today.
Refresh your heart.
Refresh your soul.
Then turn to Allah with a humbled and broken heart.

اللهم بلغنا يوم عرفة وأعنا على ذكرك وشكرك وحسن عبادتك.

“O Allah, allow us to reach the Day of ‘Arafah and help us remember You, thank You, and worship You in the best manner.”

يومُ التَّرويةِ…
رِيٌّ للقلوبِ قبلَ المناسكِ 🕋

The Day of Tarwiyah…
A Quenching for Hearts Before the Rituals 🕋

في يومِ التَّرويةِ لا يتهيّأُ الحاجُّ بالماءِ وحدَه، بل تتهيّأُ الأرواحُ بالصدقِ، وتغتسلُ القلوبُ من غبارِ الغفلةِ؛ استعدادًا ليومٍ عظيمٍ تُفتَحُ فيه أبوابُ الرحماتِ.

On the Day of Tarwiyah, the pilgrim does not prepare with water alone; rather, souls prepare themselves with sincerity, and hearts are cleansed from the dust of heedlessness in readiness for a magnificent day in which the gates of mercy are opened.

فاروِ قلبَكَ اليومَ بالذكرِ، واملأ زادَكَ من الدعاءِ؛ فمن ارتوى في الترويةِ صدقًا، أشرقَ في عرفةَ قبولًا.

So refresh your heart today with remembrance of Allah, and fill your provisions with supplication; for whoever is truly nourished in Tarwiyah will shine on the Day of ‘Arafah with acceptance.

أَنَا لَسْتُ فِي الحُجَّاجِ يَا رَبَّ الوَرَى
لَكِنَّ قَلْبِي بِالمَحَبَّةِ كَبَّرَا

I am not among the pilgrims, O Lord of creation,
Yet my heart proclaims Your greatness through love.

لَبَّيْكَ مَا نَبَضَ الفُؤَادُ وَمَا دَعَا
دَاعٍ، وَمَا دَمْعٌ بِعَيْنٍ قَدْ جَرَى

Labbayk, as long as the heart continues to beat and call upon You,
And as long as tears continue to flow from the eyes.

لَبَّيْكَ أُعْلِنُهَا بِكُلِّ تَذَلُّلٍ
لَبَّيْكَ مَا امْتَلَأَتْ بِهَا أُمُّ القُرَى

Labbayk — I proclaim it with complete humility,
Labbayk — filling the Sacred City with its echo.

لبيك اغفر لنا ولوالدينا ولجميع المسلمين يارب الذين وقفوا ببابك لا تضرّهم عن جنابك

Labbayk… Forgive us, our parents, and all Muslims, O Lord. Those who stand at Your door seeking You — never turn them away from Your mercy
